TKB’s story is the basis of our success. From the moment the company was founded, we have continued to develop. To achieve improvements for our clients. Day in, day out.

Our roots

In 1988, Tom Pasterkamp started the debt collection agency Trust Krediet Beheer (TKB – Trust Credit Management) from his home in the ‘Old West’ district of Amsterdam. Without mobile telephones or laptops, but equipped with his distinctive and convincing vision on credit management, he laid the foundation for TKB.
Doing business in an honest and consistent manner was always a given for Tom. Keep your promises. And make sure that you make a difference as a person.

Our own course

In 2010, Tom Pasterkamp handed over the daily management to Rutger van Oosten. Together with the management team, Rutger accompanies all TKB-employees in the further process of permanent development and innovation. TKB has now grown into a professional credit management organisation, employing almost 300 people. An organisation that owes its success to the ‘human factor’ and its hands-on attitude. Still following its own course, with the changing needs of the clients as the guiding principle. Doing business in an honest and consistent manner was always a given for Tom. Keep your promises.     We look to the future and challenge ourselves to continuously get the best out of ourselves and each other. The market is constantly changing and TKB is three steps ahead of it. In this way we continuously meet the needs of the customer. Now and in the future.

    2010

    Founder Tom Pasterkamp hands over the management position to Rutger van Oosten in 2010. It's up to him to continue the vision behind TKB to ensure constant, strategic innovations and to include the rapidly growing team.

    In these years, our credit management software TRUST IT was also developed because we saw the growing market demand. Simultaneously our Outsourcing department was further developed, where we resolve payment arrears on behalf of our customers.

    1998

    The pioneering spirit of TKB forms the basis of the establishment of the Secondment service. At the end of the 1990s, TKB Secondment started with a specific request from customers where TKB employees could also work internally for a period of time.

  • 1988

    TKB's roots lie in Amsterdam Oud-West. Tom Pasterkamp has started Trust Krediet Beheer debt collection agency from his living room. His goal from the outset was to best meet customer needs in his own no-nonsense way.
